An able organizer, a champion of progress who could read the writings on the walls of time, a sympathetic patron of the poor and the needy, a bishop who understood the true meaning of ecumenism, a leader who maintained friendships without being jaundices by caste-creed considerations, a true orthodox believer who wouldn’t budge an inch from the basic doctrines of the Church…….words are insufficient to describe his “infinite variety”.
